Lianda Filter - Sintered wire mesh laminates
Sintered wire mesh laminates is multi layer of wire mesh / wire cloth diffusion bonded by sintering process under high temperature and pressure. Sintered wire mesh combines the property of the different layers of wire mesh and obtains more superior characteristics, such as:Fixed and stable pore size for more accurate filtration,Higher resistant to temperature and pressure,Self-support and easy to form filter tube without any external support, Robust structure for backwashing and backflushing, Excellent cleanability leads to longer lifetime, No risk of wire migration under abrasion or deformation, Versatile configuration for various application due to customization of layers.
Sintered wire mesh laminates can be grouped into:
- Standard 5 layer sintered wire mesh
- All square weave sintered wire mesh
- Sintered wire mesh with perforated metal sheet
- All Dutch weave sintered wire mesh
- Hastelloy nickel based alloy sintered wire mesh
These types of sintered mesh have different property for various filtration and separation applications.

The standard material for the sintered wire mesh is 316L stainless steel. 316L is the mostly chosen material with the balance of corrosion resistance, physical property and price. 304, 304L, 316 stainless steel is also available as request but not recommended.
For tougher and more demanding working fluid and environment, other exotic materials can be used for the sintered wire mesh and filter elements, such as 310S, 254 SMO, Monel 400, Inconel 600 625, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Duplex 2205, Duplex 2507, etc.
Standard sizes of the sintered wire mesh are available in 500*1000mm, 1000*1000mm, 600*1200mm, 1200*1200mm and 1200*1500mm, other sizes inside these ranges can be customized.
