      The UK is your #2 market in terms of sales volume, so you want to make sure you rank highly when a buyer googles “voc abatement system suppliers in the uk.” Unfortunately, your own website doesn’t appear until page 5, but you notice Environmental XPRT is on page 1 with a list of VOC abatement system suppliers in the United Kingdom.

      Why is location targeting important?

      First, a statistic that clearly illustrates why targeting the right locations is so important on XPRT. A whopping 75% of all the supplier search result pages viewed on XPRT in March 2019 were filtered by location. That means one thing. Around 75% of buyers add a location-related keyword when they’re searching for suppliers on the Internet.

      It’s not enough to appear when a buyer searches for “VOC abatement system suppliers.” You have to be on pages like “VOC abatement systems in the UK,” “VOC abatement system suppliers in Germany,” “VOC abatement system suppliers in Canada,” etc. if you want to be found by buyers on XPRT.

      So why isn’t your company appearing?

      Assuming you have an office, local distributor (or even an agent) in the UK, your company will now appear on XPRT’s list of VOC abatement suppliers in the UK. Even if it takes some time to fill out your offices & distributors, it’s well worth the effort. It will unlock the 75% of buyers you’re not reaching.
