      Sync Leads from XPRT to Your CRM with Our API

      XPRT’s Premium API enables you to automatically extract lead information you’re capturing on your storefront and storing on your tracking report and sync it to your own CRM, marketing automation tool, or bespoke systems. That means no more manual exporting of lead details, shorter response times, and the ability to automate follow-up with leads you’re generating via XPRT!

      No more manual exporting of lead details

      The Premium API lets you extract and sync the following to your own systems:

      • Lead list: Configurable to a specific date range or location.
      • Lead details: All details appearing on your lead “business cards.” Full name, email address, location, industry, plus any additional details provided by the buyer (company name, phone number, position, etc.)
      • Lead activity: Activity related to a specific lead for a specific date range. Similar to the activity list you see when clicking on a specific lead on your tracking report (page views, download & video views, clickthroughs to your website, RFIs & RFQs, etc.)
      • Requests for info or quote: All requests for information or quotation XPRT buyers have sent to your business directly or XPRT has matched to your business, same as what you see in your request inbox.

      Shorten response times

      Once you access the API and build the integration with your own lead management platform, your marketing and sales teams will be able to see XPRT leads in the same place as leads generated by your own website and follow up while they’re fresh.

      Automate lead follow-up

      Syncing your XPRT lead data to your own CRM also means that, if you take advantage of marketing automation, you can define when and how to follow up with your XPRT leads and automatically assign them to the appropriate marketing funnel.

      How to get started

      Option 1: Connect using our Zapier integration (no coding necessary)

      All you need to do is visit our XPRT Integrations page on Zapier, search for the CRM app you wish to pair with, and follow the steps.

      Option 2: Connect directly to XPRT’s API (needs some coding)

      Simply visit the Premium API page, which you’ll find under the Company Profile section on the lefthand menu of your account area, and click the Generate API Credentials button.

      Use your credentials to access lead details and begin to build your integrations. We suggest you review our API documentation and ask your developers for assistance.
